Hello from Houston. With online and remote services being offered more than ever, I am available for working on litigation assignments that are located outside of the Texas arena. I write appraisal reports for fine art property, such as paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs, and I also write reviews of personal property appraisals to conclude opinions of compliance with uniform standards for the work products of other appraisers. My litigation services include valuing and testifying for fine art appraisal work, personal property appraisal review work to conclude opinions of uniform standards compliance, non-testifying consulting, and the management of appraisers on multifaceted assignments consisting of all property types. I am an Accredited Senior Appraiser in personal property, fine art, and also accredited with the Appraisal Review & Management designation in the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). I was the lead designer for the ASA Principles of Valuation ARM course titled Managing Multifaceted Assignments, as well as the lead developer of an appraisal review manual for a middle eastern government. I am a contributor and instructor for the ARM 201, 203, and 204 courses. My litigation experience is enhanced with a first career in education that provides a focus on explaining and communicating effectively to a trier of fact.
